<P>This product includes Windows XP integrated with the SP1 files. The SP1 files that are part of this integrated service pack are a collection of updates for

Windows XP. So, if you use this CD to install
|
||
|
|
Windows XP, you are also automatically installing SP1.</P>

|
||

|

<LI>You cannot remove a service pack that you install as an integrated service pack with Windows XP.</LI>
|
||

||

<LI>You can install the integrated version of Microsoft Windows XP with SP1 on computers that are running Microsoft® Windows® 98, Windows® 98 Second Edition, Windows NT® 4.0 Workstation, Windows® Millennium Edition, Windows® 2000 Professional, Windows XP Home Edition, Windows XP Professional, and Windows XP 64-Bit Edition. If you want to upgrade Microsoft® Windows® 95 with the integrated version of Windows XP with SP1, you will need to perform a clean installation.</LI>

<LI>If you are upgrading from Windows versions other than Windows XP and want to use the integrated version of Windows XP with SP1, check with the manufacturer of your computer about upgrading your BIOS before you proceed.</LI>
