1.  When processing route deletes/changes make sure you delete the 
    interface reference before you delete the MFE itself
2. Add tracing
3.  Add ENTER_* to properly account for thread counts
4. Check scope.c for releasing the handles before finishing with the 
   info. (last function).
5. Skip the LOOPBACK route in route lookup.
