The H.323 TSP (Telephony Service Provider) is a standard TAPI3.1 compliant TSP. This TSP implements the H.323 family of protocols for signalling of audio/video calls. This component implements the standard TSP, CAPI interface on top of the H.323 call signalling stack. Apart from handling the signalling for simple point to point h.323 based audio/video calls this component implements H.225 Gatekeeper client that would register with H.323 Gatekeepers for call handling. This component also implements the H.450 standards based supplementary services. The services implemented are call redirection, call forwarding, call hold/unhold and blind/consultative call transfer.
This component has a strong dependancy on H.323 MSP (Media Service Provider). The H.323 TSP and H.323 MSP have to be used together to build, the real time audio/video solutions. This component can be accessed only through TAPI 3.x APIs
The H.323 TSP reads various configurable parameters from the configuration UI that is a part of the telephony configuration UI in the control panel.
