TO BE DONE :
1. WLBS_PortRule.cpp : 
   EnumInstances() & GetInstance() has to be modified for supporting the new PortRuleEx class
   FillIwbemInstance() needs to fill in "FilteringMode"
2. WLBS_Node.cpp :
   Disallow operation on remote nodes in the new Ex methods
3. MOF File has to be modified to add the new methods and the new class
4. Some of the macros may have to be defined
