Fax Service Component Description The Fax Service component allows you to send and receive faxes, track and manage fax activity, and access archived faxes using a local fax device attached to your computer, such as a fax modem. To enable remote faxing capabilities, you should install the T30 Admin Snap-in component.

To install the Fax Service component, you must also install the Fax API component, the Fax Events component, and the Fax TIFF Helper component.
