You will need the libs from the netmon2 SDK which you can get at
\\hank\bhdist\netmon2\reskit\netmon2sdk.exe. The libs in bh\build are from
netmon2sdk\build.

Compile from the parsers directory and bins are in build\parsers\...

The bins should be copied to bh\bins\... and checked in as well as distributed
to \\nightwatch\scratch\netmon2\...
