ripsubs

		  9/13/97 - checked into SLM tree

Usage:	ripsubs filename.ini

If no path is specified, the file is read from/created in the windows 
directory.  Output is compatible with the autosub app by TNoonan.  See 
autosub's docs for more detail on the file format.
